I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release, waive and discharge American Foundation for Children with AIDS, its bonafide members and any of the organizers, sponsors, and officials of Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up events, and any of their respective representatives, agents, successors and assigns, for any and all injuries, damages, or death suffered by me in connection with my participation. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 31, 2010 and are subject to $25 administrative fee. Registration fees are non-refundable. A $30 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks.
