Stevens Point Pointers

What: This is the second annual Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up event held at UWSP. This event is set up to raise money to provide children in Africa with AIDS anti-retroviral medicine. For this event we ask that you get out and do some physical challenge of your choice (walking, running, climbing, hiking, biking, etc…) to parallel the struggle these children face everyday. There is no certain amount of exercise you need to do we just ask that you challenge yourself for these children. Once you register to participate in this event we encourage you to get pledges in support of our cause. For example maybe someone will donate a $1.00 for every mile you run. 91% of the money raised will go directly to children in Africa.
